Joji Ilagan College of Business and Tourism (JIB-CBT)

JIB College of Business and Tourism was founded in 1982 and is proud of its tradition and track record of meeting the individual's  professional and personal needs. Joji Ilagan Bian, the Founder of the school, stands firm on her belief that quality education should be made available to whoever aspires to learn or improve his chances for employment and upward mobility. The school is therefore committed to provide curricula and learning programs designed with the development of the whole person in mind - an individual who is skilled, confident and self-assured.

Unique training methods, modem facilities and competent instructors and authoritative consultants work together untiringly to make JIB College of Business and Tourism always one step ahead. We endeavor to be the consummate institution of learning ensuring the enhancement of existing work skills as well as developing new skills for the changing workforce.


The Institute of International Culinary and Hospitality Entrepreneurship (IChef)

ICHEF is the premiere culinary institution in Davao and the Philippines. It is the first in southern Mindanao and the Philippines with Halal Kitchen accredited by Prime Certification and Inspection Asia Pacific Inc. (PRIME) Philippine and International Standards.   

ICHEF’s vision is to provide outstanding accomplishments throughout the academic journey. ICHEF is accredited by the World Association of Chefs' Societies only in Mindanao. Before graduation, students are required to operate the school restaurant for 1 week where they showcase their culinary and entrepreneurial competencies making them ready to lead their kitchens or even open their restaurants. Students have also JIB (Joint Industry Bonding) moments and have access to national and international immersions.   


They will receive an international diploma program with multiple international certifications from American Hospitality Academy USA and Workskills International Australia, and Asia Pacific Institute for Events Management (UK) upon their graduation.

T.H.E. International Management School (IMS)

The International Management School or IMS, owned and managed by the Joji Ilagan International Schools, is the leading school   for developing global leaders since 2016. With state of the art facilities, the school is carefully designed to build students’  entrepreneurial and hospitality mindsets in an environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity and innovation. Students are  primed to become innovative individuals and empowered thinkers through a combination of core management courses and  advanced insights into entrepreneurship, tourism, and hospitality.


IMS is the first and only tourism and hospitality school in Mindanao with Australian Qualification Framework Recognition. With all  international programs offered, students shall graduate with unique training methods combined with lectures, workshops, actual subject exercises, student participation are utilized. Joji Ilagan International School of Hotel and Tourism Management (JIISHTM)

The Joji Ilagan International School of Hotel and Tourism Management is the premier educational institution in hospitality, tourism, culinary and entrepreneurship in the highly urbanized city of General Santos. JIIS-HTM offers globally accepted, market-driven and relevant educational programs and training systems aimed at ensuring professional success.

Stockbridge American International School (Davao and Gensan)

 The Stockbridge American International School (SAIS) is the first and only International School in Davao and General Santos Cities, Philippines offering early childhood (6 months old to 5 years old) and basic education (Kinder to Grade 12) programs. Career Institute of Southeast Asia - Cabantian and Chavez Campus (CAISA)

In her pursuit for honing successful individuals, founder Joji Ilagan Bian build the Career Institute of Southeast Asia in 2010. She remains steadfast in her conviction that access to quality education should be open to all who seek to enhance their employment opportunities and social advancement. The Career Institute of Southeast Asia offers a two-year Diploma Program in Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary.  Classes are only every Sunday and are designed to equip students with the knowledge and specialized skills needed to be successful hospitality, tourism, and culinary professionals.

CAISA also operates in China through its partnership with Fei Fan Training Center. CAISA also offers vocational education skills training programs for individuals who aspire to take short courses that attract  opportunities which will make them highly qualified.
