The Stockbridge American International School- Davao campus once again celebrated the LIONS WEEK 2020 but this time- virtually.  

The event was a week-long celebration filled with activities; first and second day of celebration was filled of excitement and crafts were they made poster, quotes and tagxedo. On the third day of the celebration was full of nobility words through zoom forum where we invited guest speakers from different places. We have Mr. Jesse Tan, Miss Louvy Gal, Doctor Adora Auguis and Mr. Ricardo Victor de Vera Pascua Jr. of which they shared their backgrounds, professions and how noble their work is to inspire our Stockbridge kids to share their helping hands and services to their family and community. Also, our #StockbridgeStudents created cards and send their loving card and message to their friends, and the last day of the celebration was all about leadership forum, We invited different leaders from different places. We have Ms. Joji Ilagan Bian, Mr. Lafayette Lim, Ms. Deanna Corrine Tabar and Miss Marylle Bergavera where our Stockbridge kids were able to gain knowledge, techniques, Strategies and skills on how to become effective global leaders.

LIONS week is a celebration that brings up the Core Values of the school. To paint a picture of the school’s ethos from the students and for them to understand and be ready to be the future global leaders, to emphasize the importance of understanding the core values of the school, to exercise leadership towards oneself and others, to actively enjoy the different activities that were lined up, to expand global learning’s for future global leaders, to promote camaraderie and unity amongst the Stockbridge community, students, teachers, parents, and collaboration of Davao and Gensan SAIS. As a global and international school, we make sure that Stockbridge Kids possess what the school presented to be the future leaders and mold the spirit of internationalism to be equipped as globally competitive.
