Admission Requirements

Admission into the Joji Ilagan International Schools is based on a selection process that considers academic merit to ensure that candidates who enroll are the most qualified.

Academic Merit

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Recommended minimum age of 18 years

English Proficiency

To satisfy this criterion, you must meet one of the following:
  • English is your first language
  • You studied English as the language of instruction in your previous school

Candidates for admission must submit the following documents:

Institutional Requirements:

  1. Photocopy of passport bio-page and latest admission with the validity authorized stay
  2. Original Birth Certificate
  3. Credentials from last school attended
  4. Health Card (To be processed upon arrival in the Philippines)

Government Mandated Requirements:

  1. Five (5) copies of Personal History Statement (PHS), duly signed by student both in English and local language
  2. Left and right thumb marks
  3. 2 x 2 inch photograph with white background taken not more than three (3) months prior to submission
  4. Notarized affidavit of support including bank statements or notarized notice of grant for institutional scholars to cover expenses for the student’s accommodation, subsistence, school dues and other incidental expenses
  5. Scholastic records duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located in the student applicant’s country of origin or legal residence
  6. Passport duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post
